Clear Pricing

Pricing for store items including pre-orders, books, and apparel is priced as shown in the store-front page with the addition of shipping and tax charges. There are no other fees involved and your card information is protected through Wix. I cannot see or share this information. The information provided at purchase, such as your name and email will never be shared outside of my own personal marketing platforms such as Wix, Convert Kit, and Zappier. These platforms allow me to communicate with you and send you up to date information on my upcoming releases as well as your orders.​

International Shipping:

I am more than excited to send signed copies and apparel to international locations as long as you are willing to pay for the shipping. If this is something you are interested in, send me an email via my contact page. I will work with you one on one to figure out how much shipping to your location would be.

Refund / Return Policy

All purchases on my site are eligible for a refund/return within 30 days of purchase. Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded before your order is fulfilled. To inquire about a return or refund, please email me at cortneywinnauthor@gmail.com or go to my contact page. I will respond personally within a week and help you with your refund.

Refunds are not available after 30 days.

Shipping / Delivery Information

For pre-orders, shipping times will be specified in the product page. The reason I do pre-orders is to have the funds to order your books, sign them, and ship them from my home address. This can take a few months depending on the lead time for me to receive the books myself. I take your orders very seriously and will update you on your order status throughout the process via email.

For other goods such as apparel, I work with a print on demand company who will make and ship the item once your order is received. This can take up to two weeks to receive your product, but it reduces product waste and makes it possible for me to provide these products to you.

Physical Goods - What Customers Need to Know:

  • Cost of shipping will vary based on your location and will be disclosed at checkout.

  • Pre-orders will be shipped by either local post, UPS, or Fedex, depending on shipping rates. Orders of apparel will be shipped through Printful's distribution.

Digital Goods - What Customers Need to Know:

  • Digital goods will be delivered via email.

  • For questions, concerns, or refunds on digital goods, please reach out through my contact page.
